Q: How does the shortlist feature work?
A: Simply add products of interest to your short list as you browse the site. You can then view, e-mail or print the shortlist out showing the products you are interested in.
Q: Is there a charge to set up my design?
A: There is a one off cost to set up new designs, the cost of this depends on the product in question, the setup costs are shown on the product page.
Q: Can we buy on line?
A: Yes, just click the Add To Basket link on the product page, all transactions are processed using our secure payment center.
Q: How do I get a quote?
A: You can get an instant online quote by clicking on the Instant Quote link on the product page.
Q: Does the cost of my products include my design?
A: All prices include the product with your logo applied to it.
Q: Can we see how our logo will look on a product?
A: Yes just click on the Free Digital Sample Link on the product page. We will then send you a digital proof of the item in question branded with your logo.
Q: Are there any other costs involved?
A: The only other costs are VAT & a delivery cost.
Q: What are your delivery times?
A: Our standard delivery times are 10-14 working days, we can complete orders quicker than this if needed, please contact us for details. Some products can be delivered within 48 hours, see our express service link on the homepage.
